Dr. Rea is a board-certified orthodontist and is fully dedicated to helping you achieve the smile of your dreams. With her extensive training and expertise, she will work closely with you to understand your unique needs and goals. Together, you’ll create a personalized treatment plan that enhances your natural beauty and boosts your confidence. Your dream smile is within reach, and Dr. Rea is here to guide you every step of the way!

About Dr. Rea

  • (pronounced “Ray”)

    Dr. Rea grew up in small-town Waukon, Iowa. After graduating from dental school, she served 5 years as an Active-Duty Dental Officer in the United States Army. She then practiced general dentistry in private practice for 4 years before returning to school to pursue Orthodontics. Dr. Rea has a high level of experience and a passion for helping people achieve a beautiful smile! She is very excited to continue providing excellent orthodontic care in SE Iowa and NE Missouri!

    In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, live music, and hanging out with family and her dog Bevie.

    • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Integrative Physiology, University of Iowa. Graduated with Distinction.

    • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a national dental honor society.

    • Advanced Education in General Dentistry, Fort Jackson, SC

    • Master of Science (MS) and Orthodontic Certificate, University of Alabama at Birmingham

    • Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Rea has completed rigorous examination to become Board Certified. (Only 25% of Orthodontists have fulfilled the requirements to become Board Certified.)
